Before

Before our specialist joined, ZippyWallet's testing was mainly manual, with some automated tests. It caused significant problems with the platform's functionality and ease of use as ZippyWallet grew.

Technologies, Tools, and Approaches

  • Appium: Used for automated mobile app testing, it effectively simulates user actions and ensures compliance with requirements and correct functionality. 
  • JavaScript: For building web app and mobile app using modern frameworks and libraries such as React.js for the web app and React Native for the mobile app. 
  • WebdriverIO: Employed to simulate user actions on the web page, checking compliance with the requirements and the correct operation of the application. 
  • Allure Report: With its help, clear and beautiful reports were created that facilitate test results analysis. 
  • Burp Suite: Identifies and analyzes system vulnerabilities before deploying new features. 

Features Of The Project 

One of the project's key highlights was implementing a multi-layered security framework. This framework ensured the highest level of data protection and regulatory compliance. It included real-time transaction monitoring, anomaly detection algorithms, and adaptive authentication mechanisms to prevent unauthorized access and fraudulent activities.

Results

  • 300 test cases were developed and automated, covering various aspects of functionality, performance, and security of the payment system. 
  • 110 bug reports were generated and resolved, ensuring a more stable and reliable end-user application. 
  • Transaction processing time was reduced by 40% enhancing user experience and service efficiency. 
  • Over 90% of vulnerabilities in the system were identified and addressed by implementing stringent security testing protocols, ensuring robust data protection and confidentiality of payment transactions.
