About Company
Smart Casual specializes in creating video content, including the filming and development of video advertisements and short films. These are created according to the needs of their clients, particularly in the fashion industry (CRM system).
Before
The project was launched in the market without a thorough testing process and necessary documentation. This led to increased bug reports, slower loading times, and impossibility to use.

Our QA performed manual testing. No classic stack of technologies for automated testing was involved. However, we would gladly tell you about the technologies directly related to the testing process.
- TestRail: Test management software that facilitates efficient test case management, test execution, and results tracking. It provides a centralized platform for organizing test cases, planning test runs, executing tests, and generating insightful reports.
- Google Sheets: Allows to work with data from any device with internet access, collaborate on documents using various features, and provide extensive data analysis and visualization capabilities.
- Jira: Project management and issue tracking tool for efficient task management and collaboration.

The project also encompassed internalization testing. This involved assessing the platform's compatibility with various languages, cultures, and regional settings. Internalization testing ensured the platform's ability to seamlessly adapt to diverse linguistic and cultural contexts, thereby enhancing its accessibility and usability for a global audience.
The process involved assessing the platform's ability to handle correct language translations, appropriate date and time formats, currency conversions, and cultural nuances in user interface elements. As a result, the client received a platform with enhanced accessibility and usability, meeting the diverse needs of users worldwide.
