The client is a digital connectivity company offering mobile, internet, and digital communication services. Their ecosystem includes user-facing mobile and web apps for account management, data plans, and billing, as well as back-office systems for customer support and service monitoring.

Before our QA team joined, the project lacked structured testing documentation and faced frequent issues after updates — including service interruptions, delayed data synchronization between systems, and unstable mobile app performance. There was also no centralized process for regression and performance validation.
