NexTech is an innovative company with a specific mission to modernize compensation software. Drawing from over 30 years of collective expertise in compensation and related technology, the founders have developed a solution that directly addresses common challenges faced by compensation teams.  

The project was introduced to the market without undergoing a comprehensive testing process, and the full-stack developer performed all testing without test scenarios to achieve rapid coverage. 

The client requested rapid coverage of the created test scenarios. Our team had the specific goal of quickly and efficiently covering and testing the scenarios developed for the project. The emphasis was on addressing the testing requirements swiftly and comprehensively. Let us share some aspects of the work on this project with you.  

• The project encompassed a broad spectrum of testing, including functional testing.   
• Cucumber and Cypress + JavaScript facilitated the automation of test scenarios, ensuring swift feedback during development.  
• Postman was employed to test and interface with the project's API.  
• AWS allowed efficient management of infrastructure and resources. 

• 180+ test cases were automated, increasing efficiency and facilitating faster test execution.  
• 35+ bugs were identified before the release. Early bug detection helped prevent potential issues from reaching end-users, reducing the impact on user experience.
• Identifying and resolving issues during the development phase through testing helped avoid expensive post-release bug fixes and maintenance. As a result, the client could save on development and support costs.
