Our team was tasked with improving the reliability and performance of CryptoSeed Venture's platform. The main goals were to ensure seamless functionality across platforms, optimize performance under varying loads, and enhance security to protect user data.

Lack of a structured testing process on the project 

We developed a basic test documentation framework, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, to establish clear testing guidelines and ensure comprehensive coverage. 

Performance issues during peak usage 

Conducted rigorous performance testing under simulated load conditions to identify and optimize scalability. 

Security vulnerabilities in transaction processing 

Implemented stringent penetration testing and vulnerability assessments to protect against potential threats. 

Cross-platform compatibility issues 

Implemented thorough device and browser testing to ensure a consistent user experience.

We improved the project documentation by creating comprehensive guidelines, user manuals, and development documentation, ensuring all team members had clear and consistent information.

  • Appium + Java was utilized for the mobile platform's automated functional and regression testing, ensuring consistent performance across different mobile devices and operating systems.  
  •  BrowserStack was employed for cross-platform compatibility testing to ensure a consistent user experience across various web browsers.  
  •  LoadRunner was chosen for detailed performance analysis and accurate load simulation, providing comprehensive insights into platform scalability.  
  •  OWASP ZAP was utilized to identify security vulnerabilities in transaction processing and ensure robust protection against potential threats.  
  •  Integrated tools like Google Analytics and New Relic for real-time feedback from actual users, enhancing understanding of platform usability and performance.  
  •  JIRA was a collaboration tool that enabled seamless communication among team members, ensuring timely issue resolution and efficient project management.

Our two AQA specialists were assigned to ensure robust security measures. They conducted thorough penetration testing and vulnerability assessments using tools like OWASP ZAP, fortifying the platform against potential cyber threats.  

In addition to penetration testing, regular vulnerability assessments were performed to identify and address any potential security gaps proactively. Our team used OWASP ZAP and similar tools to ensure the platform remained resilient against evolving security threats.  

Our team ensured that the platform adhered to the necessary regulatory requirements, safeguarding client data privacy and maintaining regulatory compliance.

  • 300 test cases were developed and automated, covering critical functionalities and user needs.  
  • The new real-time bug-tracking system decreased user complaints by 60%.  
  • 150 bug reports created: Showcasing our meticulous attention to detail and ensuring the platform's robustness.
